Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients (0-18 years old) with a definitive diagnosis of osteomyelitis; 2. Underwent treatment using the Masquelet technique, with internal fixation via the lantern-frame system applied during the first stage; 3. Patients voluntarily participated and complied with follow-up; 4. Completed the full two-stage treatment of the Masquelet technique in its entirety.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete follow-up data.
