Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Admitted with a diagnosis of lumbar degenerative disease (such as lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, or lumbar instability); 2.Age >50 years; 3.Underwent posterior lumbar decompression and fusion with internal fixation, with the surgical approach being posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) or posterior transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF), and the fused segment =3 levels; 4.No history of lumbar trauma or previous lumbar surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with lumbar spine deformities (such as scoliosis or kyphosis); 2.Combined with diseases that may lead to osteoporosis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hyperparathyroidism, etc.; 3.Long-term use of hormone drugs.
