Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~70 years old; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) >=25 kg/m²; 3. ASA grade 1~3; 4. Scheduled to undergo laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 5. Intact preoperative cognitive function, no communication barriers, and educational level sufficient to complete the preoperative difficult airway assessment; 6. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper respiratory tract infection within one week prior to surgery; 2. Severely restricted interincisor distance; 3. Concurrent severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 4. High risk of reflux and aspiration; 5. Severe pharyngeal inflammation, edema, hematoma, hemorrhage, abscess, or tumor; 6. Patients unable to undergo normal communication and complete airway assessment due to visual or auditory impairments.
