18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, <65 years old; 2. Diagnosed as a malignant hematological disease; 3. Plan to receive allo-HSCT within half a year; 4. Primary school education or above; 5. No history of neurological or serious mental illness; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of central nervous system involvement or central nervous system diseases; 2. Patients undergoing whole-body radiation therapy (the treatment received may cause damage to the central nervous system); 3. Patients taking large amounts of psychotropic drugs; 4. Severe cognitive decline, unable to cooperate in completing research; 5. The patient is unable to cooperate in completing this study or refuses to sign the informed consent form.
