Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic strain injuries: 1. Age over 60 years old; 2. Clearly diagnosed with chronic strain in the neck, shoulder, waist, or knee; 3. Have resided in the area for more than 10 years; Provide informed consent to participate in this study. Healthy individuals: 1. Age over 60 years old; 2. Have resided in the area for more than 10 years; 3. Have given informed consent to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic strain injuries: 1. Congenital spinal deformity; 2. Patients with diseases in the neck, shoulder, waist, and knee areas caused by factors such as trauma, infectious diseases, and malignant tumors; 3. Patients who refuse to participate in the survey or are mentally abnormal and unable to complete the survey. Healthy individuals: 1. Congenital spinal deformity; 2.
