Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obstructive jaundice who successfully underwent biliary stent placement via ERCP at Changhai Hospital; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for pancreatic cancer; 3. Having at least one rehospitalization record after ERCP biliary stent placement; 4. Age >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone pancreatic surgery; 2. Patients in whom ERCP failed due to duodenal stenosis or other reasons preventing the duodenoscope from reaching the duodenum; 3. Patients with a history of biliary surgery (post-biliary stent placement or post-PTCD); 4. Patients who received both biliary metal stents and biliary plastic stents simultaneously; 5. Patients with missing key clinical data.
