Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both spouses are Chinese citizens; 2. The pregnant woman has registered for prenatal care at our hospital and has standardized medical records; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Gestational age between 28 and 39 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Either spouse is not a Chinese national; 2. No formal prenatal checkups during pregnancy and no standardized medical history records; 3. Twin or multiple pregnancies; 4. Gestational age is less than 28 weeks or over 39 weeks.
