60 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 60 years old to 85 years old; 2. BMI: 18 kg/m^2 to 28 kg/m^2; 3. Patients planning to undergo laparoscopic resection of colorectal tumors; 4. ASA classification: Grade II-III; 5. Signed the informed consent form for this study (by oneself or legal representative).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 2 .Patients with contraindications for transversus abdominis plane block; 3 .Individuals with communication or cognitive dysfunction; 4. Those who have been taking opioid drugs for a long time; 5. Those with abnormal pain perception function; 6. Patients with severe respiratory diseases; 7. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction (including paralytic ileus).
