Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 40 years old, single pregnancy. The diagnostic criteria for preeclampsia are based on the 9th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology published by People's Health Press. The control group consisted of normal pregnant women who underwent cesarean section delivery. 3. The medical records are complete. 4. All specimen collection requires informed consent and review by the ethics committee of the supporting institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Fetal malformations or chromosomal diseases; 3. Combined with chronic diseases (such as hypertension, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, etc.) or other serious internal and surgical diseases;
