Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Have undergone an enterostomy surgery; 2. Aged 18 years or older, married, and living with their spouse; 3. Have basic reading and comprehension skills. Inclusion criteria for spouses: 1. Aged 18 years or older, and the primary caregiver of the patient; 2. Have basic reading and comprehension skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: 1. Those with severe dysfunction of major organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys); 2. Those with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Those who withdraw from the study midway or participate in other interventional studies at the same time. Exclusion criteria for spouses: Presence of mental illness or other serious physical diseases.
