Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and above; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus according to WHO diagnostic criteria; 3. Hengagliflozin treatment >=1 month, prescribed by a clinician; 4. Concomitant ASCVD risk factors, i.e., at least 1 of the following: obesity (BMI>=28 kg/m^2), hypertension (>=140/90 mmHg), smoking, dyslipidemia, or albuminuria (UACR>=30 mg/g).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to hengagliflozin or its components; 2. Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the study; 3. Combined with other serious acute and chronic diseases (such as malignant tumors, serious infections, etc.); 4. Received other new hypoglycemic drug therapy or participated in relevant clinical trials within the past 1 month; 5. Those who have a history of current or past recurrent urinary tract infections and/or genital infections.
