Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients with age >=18 years old at initial recorded diagnosis of NSCLC; 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients; 3. EGFR sensitive gene mutation (19del/L858R) was confirmed to be positive before firstline treatment with osimertinib, and PD occurred after treatment with osimertinib alone or combined with osimertinib. 4. With at least one conducted Tumor assessment according to RECIST 1.1 or progression assessment by investigator documented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had not been treated with osimertinib before and who had received the treatment for less than 3 weeks were excluded. 2.Those who have suffered from other malignant tumors or have a history of other malignant tumors in the past 5 years (except cured basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, papillary carcinoma of thyroid, carcinoma in situ of cervix and ductal carcinoma of the breast).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The percentage of different treatment schemes for drug-resistant patients after the first-line use of osimertinib for EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer.;To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens in EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer patients with osimertinib resistance:Disease control rate (DCR);To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens in EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer patients with osimertinib resistance:6/12-months progression-free survival rate (rwPFS rate);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens in EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer patients with osimertinib resistance: real world progression free survival (rwPFS);Adverse events (AEs) by second-line treatment pattern;To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens in EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer patients with osimertinib resistance: 1-year overall survival rate (OS rate);To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens in EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer patients with osimertinib resistance: Overall survival (OS);Relationship between rwPFS and progression pattern,Relationship between OS and progression pattern;To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens in EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer patients with osimertinib resistance: Objective response rate (ORR);
