Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with oral cancer (sites include buccal mucosa, hard palate, gingiva, floor of mouth and postmolar region); 2. Patients admitted for their first oral cancer tumor resection and flap reconstruction; 3. Age 18 years or older; 4. Conscious; 5. Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed by a physician as having poor postoperative wound healing and unable to perform oral rehabilitation exercises; 2. Patients diagnosed by a physician as being unable to perform oral rehabilitation exercises one week after surgery; 3. Those who agree to join the study but wish to withdraw from the trial at any time may stop immediately.
