Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Conduct mNGS testing; 3. There are results of traditional clinical etiological tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing key clinical data; 2. The patient's family members refused informed consent. 3. The patient's family members requested the termination of the study.
