Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.2023.1-2025.6 inpatients or outpatients in our hospital; 2.met the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes, met the criteria for adolescent depression, and had a HAMD score >=18 points; 3.meet the diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal NSSI; 4.13-18 years old; 5.Normal physical examination and laboratory examination (beyond the normal range, assessed by the physician as not clinically significant); 6.All patients had not taken medication 1 month before the test; 7.Patient and guardian sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications for MRI, such as metal implants, claustrophobia, etc; 2.Combined with serious physical diseases, including inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases; 3.Current or previous history of neurological disease or brain trauma; 4.Combined with other serious mental illness or present psychotic symptoms; 5.Previous episodes of mania or hypomania; 6.A history of substance abuse; 7.Patients who have received non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the past month; 8.It is estimated that the patient has poor compliance and cannot cooperate with others.
