Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical indications for primary total knee arthroplasty; 2. Age 60–80 years; 3. First-time, unilateral knee replacement; 4. Body mass index < 35 kg/m^2; 5. Varus or valgus deformity < 10°;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prior knee arthroplasty or tibial/femoral osteotomy; 2. Knee flexion range of motion 10°; 4. Concurrent lower-limb disorders; 5. Psychiatric or emotional disorders; 6. Severe underlying cardiocerebrovascular or other systemic diseases precluding test completion;
