40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Be able and willing to provide the written informed consent and medical records of the previous year. 2. Male, aged 40 to 80. 3. Diagnosed with COPD more than one year before the study (COPD patients meet the gold diagnostic criteria of FEV1<80% predicted value and FEV1/FVC < 70% after the use of bronchodilators);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Receive systemic corticosteroid treatment (such as oral, intravenous or intramuscular) within the first 8 weeks. 2. Have a history of other clinically significant lung diseases other than cystic fibrosis, asthma and/or COPD. 3. Within the past 8 weeks, there has been cancer, heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, infectious diseases, renal or liver dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, or treatment with antibiotics (including macrolide antibiotics);
