Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subclinical Depression Group: 1.Gender: No restriction; 2.Age: 18-24 years; 3.PHQ-9 score >=10; 4.Meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for subclinical depressive episode without meeting symptom criteria for any other psychiatric disorders; 5.Absence of ocular motility limitations, blurred vision, and visual field defects; 6.Ability to complete standardized 3-meter timed up-and-go gait assessment; 7.Voluntary provision of written informed consent; Healthy Control Group: 1.Gender: No restriction; 2.Age: 18-24 years; 3.PHQ-9 score < 5; 4.Not meeting diagnostic criteria for any psychiatric disorders as defined in DSM-5; 5.Absence of ocular motility limitations, blurred vision, and visual field defects; 6.Ability to complete standardized 3-meter timed up-and-go gait assessment; 7.Voluntary provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subclinical Depression Group: 1.Clinically diagnosed with any neurological or clinically significant somatic disorders; 2.Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may confound study outcomes; 3.Presence of significant suicidal ideation or recurrent self-injurious behaviors; Healthy Control Group: 1.Clinically diagnosed with any neurological or clinically significant somatic disorders; 2.Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may confound study outcomes.
