Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed as malignant tumor; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.NRS fatigue score >=1 at admission; 4.Clear consciousness and ability to communicate normally; 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have absolute contraindications to exercise (e.g., neutrophil count = 3; 5.Have received long-term, systematic and regular exercise rehabilitation guidance (e.g., individualized plans developed by rehabilitation specialists) before enrollment.
