Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Stay in the ICU for more than 48 hours; 3. Underwent general surgery-related operations during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Patients lacking key blood glucose data and clinical outcome information; 3. Patients with acute complications of diabetes, such as ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state; 4. Patients receiving glucocorticoid treatment.
