Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients 2. Primary breast cancer patients confirmed by histopathology; 3. All patients received neoadjuvant therapy; 4. Lymph node metastasis was confirmed by lymph node biopsy before neoadjuvant therapy. 5. Complete clinical, pathological and MRI data before neoadjuvant therapy, preoperative and postoperative 6. All patients underwent surgery and axillary lymph node dissection after neoadjuvant therapy 7. cT1-4N1 breast cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Male patients; 2. Neoadjuvant therapy was not completed or standardized neoadjuvant therapy was not performed; 3. Incomplete data of patients before, before and after NAC 4. Bilateral breast cancer 5. The stage was cN2-3 6. Ductal carcinoma in situ.
