Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU nurses in tertiary hospitals with at least 1 year of working experience; 2. Those who have not received systematic ECMO transfer training and are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other ECMO-related training in the past 3 months; 2. Unable to complete the follow-up due to job transfer.
