Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Greater than 18 years; 2.In our hospital, two CT or MRI scans have been conducted, with an interval of more than five years between the two scans.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.lumbar scoliosis ; 2.History of prior cervical or lumbar spine surgery; 3.History of malignant tumors; 4.Image problems cannot be evaluated;
