19 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–60 years. (2) Diagnosed with non-specific low back pain: intermittent or continuous pain between the 12th rib and the inferior gluteal fold with or without radiation to the posterolateral thigh. (3) Duration of at least 12 weeks (more than three months). (4) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score > 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) *Definite specific causes**: Tumors tuberculosis fractures or definite infections. (2) Pregnancy spinal tumors infections or fractures autoimmune infectious vascular endocrine metabolic or neoplastic systemic diseases**. (3) Fibromyalgia cauda equina syndrome previous spinal surgery or lower limb musculoskeletal injuries**. (4) Other exclusion criteria include any contraindications to myofascial treatment or a history of back pain rehabilitation treatment within the last two months**
