Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery for recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation in our department and other research centers between January 2026 and December 2027; 2) Age > 18 years; 3) Positive shoulder apprehension test; 4) Preoperative CT assessment confirms bone defect at the anterior glenoid rim of the affected shoulder, with a bone loss extent > 15%. 5) Preoperative MRI assessment shows labral injury of the shoulder joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Multidirectional instability of the shoulder; 2) Ipsilateral shoulder with concomitant injuries, such as rotator cuff injury, nerve injury, shoulder osteoarthritis, etc; 3) Presence of other diseases that may affect the joints, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc; 4) Patient has a documented history of metal allergy; 5) Refusal to participate in the study or to sign the informed consent form.
