Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=45 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for T2DM according to the 'Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes (2024 Edition)'; 3. Able to assist in completing sarcopenia screening and diagnosis; 4. The patient has normal cognition and has given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The data collection is incomplete; 2.Those who cannot cooperate with the grip strength test and cannot walk independently; 3.Has a mental disorder; 4.Patients who are bedridden for a long time, have physical disabilities, movement disorders, severe organ dysfunction (such as diseases of the respiratory, digestive, or hematological systems), or are in the terminal stage of malignant tumors.
