Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The disease was diagnosed as leukemia patients aged 18-59 years old ; 2. Clear consciousness, can carry out simple written and Mandarin communication ; 3. Willing to cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors of other systems ; 2. Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment and other serious physical diseases.
