Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18–80 years old,Elective thoracic surgery in patients with ASA Physical Status Class I–III,Patients scheduled for one-lung ventilation with bronchial blockers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of asthma, Moderate to severe pulmonary dysfunction, Preoperative spiral CT indicating atelectasis, Or predicted difficult endotracheal intubation
