Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women aged 18 to 45 years with a current gestational age of less than 12 weeks; 2.Planning to have regular antenatal checkups and deliver at the research center; 3.Willing to participate in the study after signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with mental illnesses or serious maternal conditions that make them unsuitable for cohort studies; 2.Pregnant women referred to the research center for delivery; 3.Pregnant women who are not registered at the research center; 4.Pregnant women receiving assisted reproductive treatment at other hospitals;
