Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in DSM-V/ICD-10; 2.When patients are enrolled, they should be in the: chronic stage of schizophrenia with PANSS > 60, or PANSS > 70; 3.Age: 18-60 years old, gender not limited; 4.The plasma niacin level is lower than 6 nmol/L; 5.The family members of the patients or their legal guardians fully understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent form; 6.Have an educational level higher than junior high school and be able to cooperate with inspections and evaluations;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental symptoms caused by brain trauma; 2.There has been a case of drug abuse within the past six months; 3.Suffer from a serious physical illness; 4.A history of past or present peptic ulcers, gout or bleeding problems; 5.Have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin or hormone drugs within two weeks before enrollment; 6.Participated in other clinical drug trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study; 7.Pregnant or lactating women;
