Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. community personnel who seek medical treatment due to symptoms, take the initiative to screen and have a health check-up. 2. Age > 18 years old, =24 kg/m2. 3. Complete IGRA detection. 4. Tuberculosis screening has been carried out.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years old, BMI< 24 kg/m2. 2. IGRA detection was not completed. 3. No tuberculosis investigation was conducted.
