Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Gender: Male or female; 4. Patients diagnosed with acne atrophic scars in accordance with the "Procedural and surgical treatment modalities for acne scarring" guidelines published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology in 2024; 5. Patients with a history of facial atrophic scars for 6 months or more and who have not received other acne scar treatments within 6 months prior to enrollment; 6 .Patients who, according to the judgment of the treating physician, need to receive "subcutaneous dissection combined with componentized fat transplantation and skin radiofrequency treatment". 7. Patients with acne atrophic scars who received "subcutaneous subcision combined with adipose component transplantation and microneedling radiofrequency" treatment at our hospital from April 2024 to April 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is an infection on the facial skin, and the person has a bleeding disorder or a photosensitive disease; 2. Keloid-prone constitution; 3. Combined with other serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 4. The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study.
