45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese citizens aged 45 to 75 who have resided in Shenzhen for a period exceeding six months. 2. Individuals who have received positive results from the initial CRC screening. 3. Individuals with no prior history of malignant tumors in other tissues or organs. 4. Individuals who have maintained general physical activity capacity both historically and at present. 5. Individuals who have provided informed consent and have voluntarily signed the consent form, ensuring their autonomy and understanding of the treatment process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have undergone colonoscopy through the public health program between 2018 and 2020. 2. Patients with previous diagnosis of CRC or those diagnosed with CRC during this study. 3. Individuals demonstrating poor adherence to the study protocol or an inability to cooperate due to reasons such as mental or cognitive impairment or language communication barriers.
