Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presented at the Endocrinology Department of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine for lipid-related testing; 2. Clinically diagnosed with a hereditary dyslipidaemia-related disorder (e.g., phytosterolaemia, hypercholesterolaemia), or identified as a healthy child without associated metabolic abnormalities; 3. Aged between 0 and 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with other serious systemic diseases or metabolic disorders that may interfere with the assessment of blood lipid levels; 2.Recent use (within the past month) of medications that may affect blood lipid levels, such as glucocorticoids; 3.Those whose plasma samples are incomplete or do not meet experimental quality requirements;
