Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic scars (HS) are met by the patient; 2.A history of HS caused by trauma, surgery, burns, or other etiologies is documented; 3.The scar is characterized by thickening, erythema, and induration, and is confined within the boundaries of the original injury; 4.Direct approximation suture is feasible following scar excision; 5.No relevant treatment has been administered prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection occurs at the local lesion site; 2.Severe internal medical diseases; 3. Immunodeficiency diseases; 4. Patients with mental disorders or poor compliance who are unable to cooperate with the study.
