Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy under sedation 2) Older than 18 years old, both male and female; 3) Body mass index (BMI) >= 28kg/m^2 4) ASA class I-III; 5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There was a history of myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and severe arrhythmia in the past 6 months; 2) Pneumonia or pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) < 90% when breathing air 3) Pregnancy or lactation; 4) Allergic to propofol, egg, soybean or albumin; 5) Patients with nasal congestion, deviation of nasal septum, epistaxis or other factors affecting nasal ventilation 6) Those who participated in other clinical studies in the first three months.
