Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years old; 2.Surgical participants who received general anesthesia and established artificial airways at Liaoning Cancer Hospital; 3.classification of ASA I-II; 4.The research participants themselves agree to participate in this study and are willing to provide relevant data and postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Regional anesthesia (local anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, brachial plexus block) can complete the operation for the participants; 2.Pregnant participants; 3.Severe intraoperative or postoperative complications (cardiac arrest, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, severe asthma, pulmonary embolism) occur during the perioperative period; 4.Participants who were admitted to the ICU for continued treatment after the operation; 5.A history of previous thoracic surgery, pharyngeal surgery or changes in the anatomical structure of the pharynx; 6.Participants with difficult airways (Definition of difficult airways: 1. Marschner grade III or IV, with mouth opening less than two transverse fingers). Severe cervical spondylosis, restricted backward tilt of the head, or two or more failed intubations during the intubation process by the anesthesiologist. If any one of the above conditions is met in the medical record, it can be regarded as a case of difficult airway; 7.History of asthma; 8.The data related to the quality control of medical records is missing; 9.Participants with tracheotomy; 10.Participants who had upper respiratory tract infections before the operation and had a body temperature above 37?.
