Standard Self-Assessment Group (SP Group):Take the standard 3L polyethylene glycol (PEG) and complete the intestinal preparation using the traditional self-assessment method.
AI Gastrointestinal Preparation Assessment Group (AI Group):Use AI systems to assess the status of intestinal preparation in real time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruitment will include individuals aged 65 years and older, or high-risk patients with underlying comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, hepatic dysfunction, renal impairment, or other conditions associated with difficult bowel preparation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include allergies to polyethylene glycol, gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation, post-gastrointestinal surgery conditions, and inability to provide informed consent.
