Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years; Scheduled to undergo elective Grade I-IV non-cardiac surgery (as defined by the "Management Measures for the Hierarchical Administration of Surgical Procedures in Medical Institutions" issued by the National Health Commission on December 6, 2022; examples include laparoscopic cholecystectomy, modified radical mastectomy, laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, etc.); American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgery; Patients scheduled for outpatient minor surgery (with an expected hospital stay of 20% of key information missing in the electronic medical record system (e.g., discharge summary, operative report, anesthesia record).
