Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA diagnostic criteria; Age>=45 years old; Baseline cranial MRI suggests the presence of LA (Fazekas score >=1); Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form; Expected to complete 1-year follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are other immune system diseases or connective tissue diseases besides RA present; Serious internal medical conditions (such as liver and kidney failure, recent myocardial infarction, severe malnutrition, hematological malignancies, etc.) that affect follow-up or evaluation; There are contraindications for MRI examination or inability to cooperate in completing MRI examination; The baseline data is severely missing.
