Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years and 50%; 4. Exclusion of other causes: rule out mechanical obstruction, drug-induced causes (such as opioids, GLP-1 receptor agonists), or neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease) leading to gastric motility disorders; 5. Sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Presence of gastric outlet obstruction; 3. Peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, digestive system tumors, or known diseases affecting gastric emptying, or history of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Use of a-glucosidase inhibitors, opioid drugs, or anticholinergic drugs within the past 2 weeks; 5. Concurrent acute diabetic complications such as hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state, diabetic ketoacidosis, or severe liver dysfunction (transaminases over 2 times the normal value), severe renal impairment (eGFR <45 ml/min/1.73 m^2); 6. Contraindicated in patients with epilepsy, malignant tumors, bleeding tendencies, active tuberculosis, pregnancy, local metallic foreign bodies, implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, increased intracranial pressure, glaucoma, and insensitivity to heat.
