45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: 45-75 years old, gender not limited; 2 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I - II; 3 Polyp resection under gastroscopy and colonoscopy is proposed; 4 No contraindications for endoscopic examination; 5 Pre-examination blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) >= 90%; 6 Those who have no allergic reactions to the drugs used in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Have a history of allergy or contraindications to the drugs involved in the study (such as dexmedetomidine, cyclopofol, etc.); 2 Those accompanied by bradycardia; 3 There are communication barriers or mental illnesses; 4 Severe respiratory, circulatory, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5 Severe nasal congestion, nasal diseases or history of nasal surgery, use of nasal spray; 6 Positive assessment of difficult airways or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS); 7 Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, psychotropic drugs or a history of substance abuse; 8 Poorly controlled hypertension (resting blood pressure >180/100 mmHg) or a history of severe cardiovascular disease.
