18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All subjects aged >=18 and <=70 years old; 2. Subjects in the HC group must test negative in the initial HIV screening; 3. Subjects in the PLWH group must test positive in the confirmed HIV test or HIV nucleic acid test and must not have previously received antiretroviral therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy or vasculitis caused by other reasons, etc.); 2. Other metabolic systemic diseases, such as thyroid insufficiency, adrenal insufficiency, etc.; 3. Drug abuse; 4. Abnormal kidney function (creatinine clearance rate less than 30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 5. Contraindications to CMR (including claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, allergy to gadolinium contrast agents, etc.).
