Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Group of individuals with acromegaly: 1) Age range of 18 to 80 years old, male or female not limited. 2) Patients diagnosed with acromegaly have not yet received surgery, medication, or radiation therapy. The diagnostic criteria for acromegaly are based on the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acromegaly (2021 edition). Alternatively, for patients diagnosed with acromegaly or those who have not achieved biochemical remission through surgery or medication, the definition of biochemical remission is based on the Chinese Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acromegaly (2021 edition) standard for biochemical remission after treatment. 3) Improve the MRI of the sellar region or skull to indicate pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. 4) Improve GH and IGF-1 testing. 5) Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 2.Non acromegaly population group: 1) Age range of 18-80 years old, male or female not limited; 2) Priority should be given to candidates with pituitary MRI negative results during recruitment; GH and IGF-1 hormone levels are normal, ruling out potential endocrine disorders; 3) Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Group of individuals with acromegaly: 1) Complete IGF-1 testing within the normal reference range of peers or below the normal reference value, and use oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) GH inhibition trough value= the standard reference upper limit of the Chinese consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of acromegaly (2021 edition); 6) There are other situations where participants cannot participate.
