Interventions

Control group:Standard treatment
Early GDRRT group:Patients who develop stage 1 - 2 AKI should start GDRRT treatment immediately.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged over 18 years who develop AKI after cardiac surgery; 2.Length of stay in ICU >= 48h; 3.Sign the informed consent form before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m^2; 2.Patients receiving maintenance dialysis or kidney transplantation surgery; 3.The recipients of heart transplantation in this case; 4.Those who use ECMO during or after surgery for any reason.
