Resistance Training Exercise Snack Group:The training was conducted three times per week, for a total of 24 sessions. The exercise protocol consisted of squats performed at 40–60% of one-repetition ma

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants passed the pre-screening using the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (PAR-Q+), with no contraindications to exercise ; (2) Participants had established exercise habits; (3) Participants had not engaged in competitive sports or high-intensity resistance training within the three months prior to study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any chronic disease or other health conditions that may be exacerbated by vigorous physical activity.
