Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years old; 2. Receive invasive mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours; 3. Meet all the screening criteria for aircraft withdrawal: The primary disease is under stable control. PaO2/FiO2 >=150 mmHg (PEEP 8 points; Spontaneous breathing triggers exist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical spine injury, surgery or restricted movement; 2. Severe neuromuscular diseases (such as high spinal cord injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis); 3. Sedative state (RASS > -2 points); 4. Patients with tracheotomy; 5. It is expected that treatment will be abandoned within 24 hours; 6. Patients with consciousness disorders, dementia and other diseases are unable to cooperate.
