18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Confirmed by gastroscopy and histopathological examination within the past year, belonging to any of the following categories:. Healthy Controls (HC): individuals with normal gastric mucosa; Benign Gastric Lesion (BGL): those diagnosed with benign conditions such as chronic gastritis or gastric ulcer; Precancerous Lesions: those diagnosed with gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (LGIN) or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGIN); Gastric Cancer: those diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma, including early gastric cancer (EGC) and advanced gastric cancer (AGC) (based on established diagnostic criteria); 3.Able to understand and comply with the pre-collection requirements for exhaled breath samples; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of gastric surgery or prior radiotherapy/chemotherapy for gastric cancer; (confounding factors). 2.Concurrent other malignant tumors; (confounding factors). 3.Coexisting systemic diseases that severely affect metabolism (e.g., decompensated liver cirrhosis, poorly controlled diabetes, etc.); (confounding factors). 4.Coexisting severe respiratory diseases (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, etc.); (confounding factors). 5.Inability to complete exhaled breath sample collection according to the standard procedure; (confounding factors). 6.Pregnant or lactating women. (high-risk population).
