Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In general anesthesia downlink laparoscopic hysterectomy patients; 2. Age 30-60 years old; 3. The body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 23.9 kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 5. The operation time was 1h-3h
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Because of the language barrier, mental disorders such as unable to cooperate; 2. Patients with heart disease (atrioventricular conduction disorder, hypertension, coronary heart disease); 3. Liver dysfunction (ALT > 40 u/L, AST> 40 u/L); 4. Renal dysfunction (creatinine >177µmol/L); 5. Patients who had taken opioids within 1 months; 6. Patients with a history of nervous system diseases, diabetes mellitus or neuromuscular diseases; 7. Patients with electrolyte disorders; 8. Patients with adrenal insufficiency
