Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Research Group: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary Parkinson's disease (PD) according to the "Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016)", aged between 50 and 75 years old, and at Hoehn-Yahr stages 2 to 4; 2. Patients with PD who meet the surgical indications of the "Expert Consensus on Deep Brain Stimulation Therapy for Parkinson's Disease in China (Second Edition, 2022)" and have undergone bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation surgery; 3. Postoperative target reconstruction shows that the DBS electrode implantation position is accurate; 4. Right-handed; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the consent form, and be able to independently complete the scale assessment and cooperate with the follow-up related examinations and evaluations. 2.Control group: 1. Subjects between the ages of 50 and 75 years, matching the age, sex, and education level of the case group, right-handed, and without neurosystem-related diseases; 2. Informed understanding, voluntary participation in the study and signed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with dementia or severe cognitive impairment; 2. There are serious (refractory) anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases; 3. Diseases affecting brain function and nervous system (severe cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, brain trauma, etc.); 4. Major physical diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, metastatic tumors, etc.); 5. History of substance abuse (drugs, alcohol, etc.); 6. Hearing impairment, eye disease, etc., can not cooperate with the follow-up examination.
